Before You Reach Out

- Try force-closing and reopening the app
- Check that your device OS is up to date
Subscriptions
Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). You can manage your subscription in your device's Settings app.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions

- App name and version (found in app settings)
- Device model and OS version
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshot if possible
